Originally from Georgia, Maria fell in love with the Emerald Coast when she moved there in late 2011 after finishing college. The Emerald Coast is also where she met her husband.

When their first kid came along, they were constantly searching for activities, festivals, and fun things to do around town while trying to fit everything into their busy lives. Fun 4 Emerald Coast Kids was the site that helped her with everything. Eventually she became the site owner when their 2nd child came along, and she knew she would need more help than ever with a baby being born into a pandemic. She loves being able to provide the greatest resource for other busy parents to quickly find things to do for and with their kids around the Emerald Coast. With all the love and support of the local community Fun 4 Emerald Coast Kids will continue to provide the best and most up to date information and fun available!
