About ABA
Its What We Do
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidenced based therapy focusing on behaviors and their direct relationship to the surrounding environment. ABA focuses on determining “why” behaviors occur, and works to replace problem behaviors with functionally appropriate replacement behaviors. ABA is used to increase a wide variety of skill sets, including but not limited to functional communication, daily living skills, socialization skills, and cooperation skills. At Prevail Behavioral Health, we emphasize the importance of family involvement and work to provide necessary tools for long term success.
