This contract, along with a non-refundable deposit of $100, is required to secure a booking with South Walton Academy. The completed birthday party contract, along with the listed deposit, must be filed at least two weeks prior to the requested reservation date. Submission of this birthday contract does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the contract and deposit are received and processed by our staff. Please fill out each of the fields below completely and accurately to ensure timely processing of your requested reservation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment: As stated above, the $100 deposit must be paid at the time of requesting to book the venue. All fees will be charged to the payment on file, with half of the remaining balance charged two weeks prior to the event date, and the final payment charged on the day of the event. Any additional charges incurred that are not covered by the base package cost will be charged after the event to the payment on file.

Venue Access: Parents may access the party facility 15 minutes prior to the event start time. All party attendees must leave the reserved area at the scheduled end time. Additional hours may be purchased at the rate listed for each party package.

Clean up: Parents are expected to place all trash and debris inside designated receptacles prior to vacating the reserved area. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee. Parents may bring decorations with the following restrictions:

- No decorations may be "pinned", taped, or nailed to any surface

- No flames aside from candles on birthday cakes

- No glitter or confetti

Additional Guests: This party contract's final price is based on the number of children in attendance of the event. If this number exceeds the amount indicated on the package requested, additional per-guest fees will apply as stated in the package description.

Food and beverage: Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on South Walton Academy property at all times. You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to serve during the birthday party. One table will be provided for food/gifts in addition to your package table(s). One cooler is allowed; no refrigeration is provided. All food and drink must be removed from the reserved area at the party's scheduled end time.

Guest Conduct: All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. South Walton Academy will issue a single warning for unruly conduct prior to asking guests to leave the premises.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the event with more than a 72-hour notice, then you waive the right to the deposit, but you will not owe anything further for the cancelled event. If you cancel the event with less than a 72-hour notice, then, so long as you reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, then we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event. If you no-show the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event. If you walk out on the event prior to payment, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event. If an Act of God or weather event causes our facility to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

Liability: By signing this contract, you release South Walton Academy from any potential liability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Walton Academy and its employees for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur.

Loss of Property: Should South Walton Academy property be lost or damaged due to the actives of any of your party's attendees, you agree to reimburse South Walton Academy for replacement or repair of said property.
