I walked in and the guy told me that business was slow and that the freshest batch of cookies was made early this morning. Huh??
Definitely, not the same experience I've had like the Mrs. Fields in California.

PS. I had sat in my car and noticed how the guy stays in the back and only comes to the front when he hears the door open. No washing hands, no wearing gloves NOTHING, he just grabs the utensils and that's it. Please was your hands!!

Great selection of fresh cookies! Super helpful counter staff! Ordered a dozen and got several for free.

Not sure what happened to the quality of their goods. Paid $5 for 2 small cookies ... tasted nothing like I remembered when Mrs Fields used to be the bomb! It was stale and went in the trash . What disappointment.

I walked out earlier today. One of the workers was not wearing a mask and was wiping her nose with her hand.

I went to Mrs. fields and pick up a cookie cake and drove 16 mile 15 miles to pick up the cake paying eight dollars and bridge tolls drive and get the cake with two kids in line and basically showed a cake from a distance that is this OK while trying to entertain my kids say it's OK bring the cake home drive 15 miles paid bridge tolls get home basically the cake looks like it's been licked all over and the icing is spread all over the cake and looks terrible so my wife calls back to Mrs. fields cookies please tell them what happens managers real quick to see where your husband looked at it and okayed it the fact that they will be even Oketo our cake like this to even leave to be shown to a customer should tell you one thing about this place so they offered to make a new cake dry fit The manager says I said is that all you're willing to do the manager says what else do you want I said well you're the manager so what do you think you should do to make it right I just told you I drove 15 miles to pick up the cake 15 miles home and paid eight dollars and bridge tolls now I'm driving 15 miles to pick up a new cake and drive 15 miles back home and pay eight dollars and bridge tolls so how do you make it right man you're pretty much does what do you want and I'm like it's the fact that you're not even offering to say hey I'll give you half price for this cake and that's not even a question that comes up well I is that what you want and I said man is not what I want to see you as a manager how do you make something like this right basically she says swells that we're going to be what makes it right and I said you're missing the principle of this and I took my cake and I walked out I will continue the post reviews and pictures of my experience at this Mrs. fields cookies place I do notI do not post many reviews for the fact that this is what this manager was willing to do and say especially on a 10-year-old's birthday is it basically says how all the kids will be in the fact that now I'm gonna be late to the birthday party with the cake and then gotten zero apology should tell you enough about this place

Trash worker was in the back on his phone while 6 groups of people were left waiting. Was too lazy to make a type of cookie he was out of. Didnt catch a name but longish dark hair and a face ruined by acne.

Ordered 6 cookies, kind of crowded but moved fairly quickly. Kind of pricey buy 5 cookies get 1 free. $10
