Prenatal Yoga~ Designed for women in all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga will help you develop and maintain the strength, flexibility, and internal awareness needed for labor and the birth of your baby. This very gentle yoga style uses props and offers modifications for the changes pregnancy brings about in your body and your life. Keeping your body flexible and your mind at ease through breath and movement.  An effective way to alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy, including back pain, swelling, and fatigue, strengthen your pelvic floor for an easier delivery and faster recover post-baby.  This is a vital time for you to connect with your baby and honor your body. 

 

 

 

Mommy and Me Yoga

Post-Natal Yoga with Baby~ Approximately six weeks after giving birth bring your baby into the world of yoga! Strengthen your body and your bond between you and baby. A fun, gentle yoga class for all levels that incorporates baby into the movements, creating a very special experience with baby while providing an opportunity for mothers to regain strength and flexibility. Special focus is placed on developing core and back strength and stability, as well as relieving tension in areas such as the neck and shoulders (from nursing & holding your little one). Mommy and Me Yoga is a wonderful time for moms to reconnect with themselves, to interact with their babies, and to meet other moms!

 

  Under 1 year of age welcome (or until actively crawling). 

 

 

 

 

 

This makes for a very creative play date!
