Our Baker Blueberries

We grow a variety of juicy blueberries on our blueberry farm in Baker Florida. The blueberries range in size and flavor, from tart to sweet and juicy. There is a burst of flavor in every blueberry. We will provide you with buckets for picking and you can pick as many as you like, we will provide you with a bag to take them home. Blueberry conditions can vary depending on the weather and the crop of blueberries so please check our homepage before planning your trips to make sure the blueberries are in season and we are open for your blueberry picking pleasure!

Check the weather before your trip and make sure you are properly dressed and wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun, it would be a good idea to use sunscreen, please don’t underestimate the heat. We usually have water for you but please make sure you bring plenty of water just to be safe.

Blueberry Season

The U Pick Blueberry season is usually the last week of May until the middle of July. Be sure to check out the website and Facebook page for the current dates when we get closer to blueberry season.

U Pick Blueberries Info

We supply the bucket and bags for you to take your blueberries home. It is a good idea to wear long pants, a good hat, and some sunscreen. It is also a good idea to wear some good shoes so you can be comfortable while picking blueberries.

Blueberry Prices

We take cash and credit/debit cards. We sell by the pound, pick as many as you please with no limits.

U Pick Hours

We are open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesday to Sunday. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

No Pesticides

We do not use any chemicals on our blueberry bushes, just water, sun, and some love!

Please No Pets

We love pets but we do not allow them on the farm.

Groups

Large groups are welcome, please contact us ahead of time so we can make sure we are prepared for a large group all at one time.

Our History

The road we live on is called Dairy Road because there were over 300 acres of dairy farm. It was the Richardson’s farm. That is where we got the name Dairy Acres of Baker. I bought the farm from John Richardson Jr. and his wife Mary, on New years eve of 2020. I knew I was getting out of the Air force and I wanted to get out into the country like how I grew up, just wasn’t expecting to be a blueberry farmer. It has been a lot of work pruning the bushes and fixing irrigation lines.
