LEAPS Postpartum Support

The L.E.A.P.S. (Love, Encouragement, and Postpartum Support) Support group was launched on September 07, 2016 with the purpose of providing a system of support for new moms during the postpartum period and beyond. All groups are free and serve those in Pensacola, FL and surrounding areas.

The goal of the group is for each participant to connect with other moms and share in their journey towards postpartum self-care and overall wellness. The group is semi-structured, providing planned activities geared towards enhancing self-care. Professional guests from the community will be invited at times to help facilitate such activities. Each meeting will also provide time for participants to connect and process with others.

The meetings are open in nature with new members able to join at any point in time.
