We are Santa Rosa Beaches first and only aerial and circus arts fitness studio! We couldn't be more excited to share our love of aerial arts with the area. On apparatuses that are hung from the ceiling students will learn how to climb, pose, wrap, twist, spin and do many different tricks! Aerial is a fantastic workout and you do not need any experience to participate. We have beginner through advanced level classes, you will have fun while getting fit! We offer aerial silks, aerial rope, aerial lyra, aerial sling, pole fitness, flow arts, flexibility and classes using aerial conditioning as a workout. Classes are suitable for all sizes, fitness levels and all ages (children and adults). Group classes are in a small open group setting but we also offer private one on one sessions, group privates and parties. We offer drop in classes, workshops, intro series, monthly packages and unlimited class memberships.
