CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not offer refunds. A store credit will be given for individuals with at least 24 hours’ notice. No shows will forfeit event payments.
LATE ARRIVALS: Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to get uncorked, smocked, and seated. Classes begin promptly at the designated event time. Late arrivals will NOT be given individual instruction, may not stay past hours, may not be able to finish the painting or may be denied entry to the event, in which case payments are forfeit.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone 850-226-7218 or visit our studio in person for payment.
AGE RESTRICTION: All classes are for adults 18 years old and up, unless noted in the event title. No exceptions. Due to seating limitations ALL painters are required to be paid guests. If you’re coming with others, please give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!
DIY CANDLES AND ADD ONS: Any guest who has selected a DIY candle MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS - PLEASE SEE TIME POSTED FOR PAINTING AND CANDLE BUNDLE. Any late arrivals might not be able to make a candle. If time permits guests will have to make their candle during a break period and will have to pick up at a later date (please see our event calendar for scheduled times). Any add on selections such as glitter or fairy lights will be given time before the end of class to enjoy applying additional items. Please note this should not exceed 15 minutes after scheduled class ending time.
LOCATION: We are in the Publix Shopping Center at the foot of the Brooks Bridge.
BYOB: Food and drink welcome. We provide cups, napkins, & bottle openers. We DO NOT provide ice or eating utensils.
