New Horizons Learning Center

ESE (Exceptional Student Education) Center in Bay county, classified as a "Second Chance" school for students who are severely disruptive, violent, habitually truant, or are adjudicated.

Mission: Our mission at New Horizons is to provide an exceptional special education program in a safe and positive-behavior supportive environment that meets that the unique learning needs of every student and partners with families as well as the community to foster students' academic, social, and emotional growth for success beyond graduation.
