On the east end of Panama City Beach, you can access the beach at these points from Spyglass Drive:

End of Lookout Street (Spyglass Drive), west of 4723, features boardwalk with hand rails.

End of Bristol Street (Spyglass Drive), east of 4823, features boardwalk with hand rails.

End of Spyglass Drive, across from 4932, features boardwalk with hand rails.
