Misty Meadows Stable & Training Facility

Misty Meadows Stable began in the Endless Mountain region of Pennsylvania. We were located about 15 minutes from Troy, PA in a small community called Granville Summit. We had 25 acres, an indoor arena and 19 stalls. I taught English and Western horseback riding lessons and my students participated in 4-H shows, hunter shows and combined training shows in PA and NY.

Because of family job changes, we had to leave the beautiful mountains of PA and relocate to the sunny Florida Panhandle. It was a good move for us in many ways, but we were sad to leave all our people friends and our horse friends behind. We shipped
seven of our horses down to Florida and we had wonderful friends down here that let our horses stay with them for six months until we found a good location to restart our farm.

We are in a very good location, close to Panama City and we have made many new friends and have wonderful students and boarders riding with us. Our goal is to teach people to respect, enjoy and learn about horseback riding in a safe, relaxed atmosphere. Our farm is a family run business focused on teaching safe and good horse back riding skills and building on that for those want to jump and show.
