Although our ultimate goal is to offer a comprehensive training environment for competitive swimming, we would like to emphasize that there are different age & performance groups for kids and young adults. PCST is a not for profit, parent run organization, that was founded in 1954 with the mission of building and promoting youth swimming in Bay County, FL.
