HomeFront Help Training Program

Interested in free training and flexible paid work caring for kids? HomeFront Help is accepting applications now for its September 19 Eglin/Hurlburt cohort. It's a program of Operation Child Care Project, a nonprofit that supports military families through case management and connects them with trusted community caregivers. Participants complete free CPR/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association, a Level II FBI fingerprint background check, and child safety coursework covering topics like safe sleep, emergency preparedness, and recognizing abuse. After training, you set your own schedule and work directly with military families who request care through OCCP. Operation Child Care Project seeks to support the trusted caregivers in the community while also offering military families safer caregiver options.
