Aerial 101-A beginners course (8-17 with adult)

Welcome to Aerial Yoga 101: The perfect place for newbie yogis in the air! Don't worry, you don't need to be a yoga master or even know what a yoga mat looks like. We'll take you soaring to new heights over four weeks of awesome aerial yoga classes.
So, what's aerial yoga? It's like regular yoga, but with a twist! We use special hammocks to help you reach new yoga heights and achieve amazing asanas. You'll get to explore all sorts of poses that'll build your strength, improve your balance and stretch you out like a rubber band. Plus, we even throw in some inversions (that's upside-down yoga, folks), which helps to detox your body and give your spine a good stretch. And at the end of class a restful Savasana to float your cares away.
This series is 60 minutes long every Friday February 2-9-16-23 at 5 pm. Be sure to show up 10 minutes early, leave your jewelry at home and wear something with sleeves that covers your armpits. By the end of these classes, you'll be flying high.
