In this series, not only will moms practice safe, effective, and fun movement to prepare the mind + body, but they'll meet other moms and learn more about all things pregnancy and beyond.
Exercise in pregnancy is linked to shorter time spent in labor, reduced need for pain relief in labor, and easier postpartum recoveries. Exercising moms also report better sleep, improved energy and fewer aches and pains during their pregnancy.
