United Way Emerald Coast EmpowHER Mental Health Workshop

Join us for the EmpowHER Mental Health Workshop for teen girls, presented by Eglin Federal Credit Union! This free workshop fosters empowering discussions led by inspiring women who truly understand the challenges these students face. Our goal is to help girls feel confident, happy, and fulfilled! Enjoy a complimentary “Braid Bar” from the stylists at Pure and Couture Salon. Boost mental well-being with sessions on mindfulness, healthy coping skills, and more! Sessions are led by local businesswomen and licensed mental health professionals. Cuddle with therapy dogs from Dog Harmony. Stay tuned for more details on additional sessions coming soon!
Lunch will be provided, offering attendees a chance to recharge, connect with fellow participants, and make new friends.
