United Way Emerald Coast EmpowHER Mental Health Workshop

Join us for EmpowHER, presented by Eglin Federal Credit Union—a day dedicated to uplifting the mental health and well-being of teen girls through meaningful conversations, creative expression, and joyful movement. Best of all, it's completely free to attend! Attendees will hear from inspiring speakers, including Crystal Morgan of CMorgan Coaching, Dr. Christine Jean, Psychologist, and Meghan Erwin, who will lead a powerful drama session focused on self-expression and confidence. Natoya Pitts will also bring the energy with a high-impact dance session to keep things fun and empowering. Additional activities include a glitter bar with Dancing Canvas, a photo booth, a trail mix bar, and more!
Lunch from Hurricane Grill will be provided, giving attendees a chance to recharge, connect, and make new friends.
