Gulf Coast State College Athletics is thrilled to host the 3rd Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk — and you’re invited to join the fun! Lace up your running shoes, grab your friends and family, and start your Thanksgiving morning the Gulf Coast way. The course begins at Frazier Field on the Gulf Coast St. campus and takes you on a scenic out-and-back route that climbs up onto the Hathaway Bridge — offering beautiful morning views and the perfect way to earn that extra slice of pumpkin pie later!
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just looking to enjoy some fresh Thanksgiving morning air, this event is for everyone! There’s also a 1-Mile Fun Run for those who prefer a shorter distance but still want to join in on all the excitement. Expect a morning full of energy, smiles, and maybe even a few turkey costumes! Awards will be given three deep in five-year age groups, and every participant will receive a colorful commemorative T-shirt and all the festive fun they can handle.
