Destin BREAKOUT Swim Clinic with Olympian Lilly King

Splash of Gold 2026 will take place May 16 at the Taj Renee Community Aquatic Center and features Olympic gold medalist and world record holder Lilly King. Lilly will offer two break-out clinics in the morning for young competitive swimmers.
Lilly King is one of the most dominant breaststrokers in swimming history and a proven champion on the world’s biggest stages. A two-time Olympic gold medalist, King first captured international attention at the 2016 Rio Olympics, where she won gold in the 100m breaststroke and helped Team USA to gold in the 4×100m medley relay. She returned to the Olympic podium again in Tokyo 2020, earning another gold medal in the 4×100m medley relay.
Known for her fearless racing style, confidence, and authenticity, King is a multiple-time World Champion and former world-record holder in the 100m breaststroke. Beyond her medals, she is respected for her leadership, mental toughness, and willingness to speak candidly about preparation, pressure, and performing when it matters most.
Today, Lilly King brings her Olympic mindset, elite technique, and competitive edge to inspire the next generation of swimmers—sharing lessons on excellence, resilience, and believing boldly in your potential.
