4/26: Robotics: Maze Challenge
REGISTRATION FEE: $20
RECOMMENDED GRADES: 4-8
Students will learn the basics of programming and experiment with coding commands to program their way through a maze.
5/3: Mother's Day Science
REGISTRATION FEE: $20
RECOMMENDED GRADES: All
Celebrate Mom with a STEM twist! Students will explore hands-on science activities while creating a surprise Mother's Day gift to take home. We will have extra instructors on hand, so parents don't need to stay and the final gift can remain a surprise!
5/17: TINY TOTS: Acids & Bases
REGISTRATION FEE: $20
RECOMMENDED GRADES: VPK-2
Students will learn about acids and bases by using different methods to test everyday substances, investigate acid-base reactions, and discover the differences between exothermic and endothermic changes.
5/31: Paddle Boat Engineering Challenge
REGISTRATION FEE: $20
RECOMMENDED GRADES: 4-8
Use the engineering design process to design, build, and test your own paddle boat, then compete in a head-to-head water race to see which design performs best.
6/14: Father's Day Engineering Challenge
REGISTRATION FEE: $35 (per team)
RECOMMENDED GRADES: All
**Note: Registration fee is per team (child + father figure)
Celebrate Father's Day with STEM-powered fun! Kids and their father figures will team up to design, build, and race mousetrap-powered cars in an engineering design competition - bragging rights are on the line!
6/28: TINY TOTS: Probability
