School’s Almost Out, Its Time to Let the Summer Begin! Youth Alliance Matters Foundation is proud to partner with the NAACP Youth Council and Panama City Parks, Culture and Recreation to kick off summer the right way with our biggest youth celebration yet. Join us for the Summer Youth Explosion! This free community event is all about bringing youth and families together for a fun, safe, and empowering experience to start the summer off right. We believe in building strong community ties by investing in our youth and this is just the beginning.
