
Teen Classical Cooking: January 8th – February 26th
This hands-on 8-week course introduces young aspiring chefs to the fundamentals of classical cooking through engaging, progressive lessons inspired by traditional French cuisine. Students will learn essential kitchen skills, classical techniques, and foundational recipes while gaining confidence, creativity, and an appreciation for culinary arts. -Coq au vin (Chicken braised). - Profiteroles (Choux pastry puffs filled with cream and topped with chocolate sauce.) - Hollandaise (Emulsified butter and egg yolk sauce with lemon juice). - Quiche Lorraine (Savory pie with eggs, cream, cheese, and bacon.)
