Step into the world of competitive robotics! In this 6-week challenge, student teams will build, code, and refine a LEGO® Spike Prime robot to take on real missions from the past FIRST LEGO League (FLL)Masterpiece Challenge. Each week, students refine their design, test strategies, and code solutions as they work toward the ultimate goal—completing as many missions as possible in a 5-minute robot run. Teams meet every Thursday 10am-12pm. On the final day, teams will compete for most points scored, simulating a real FLL-style match. Families are invited to attend and cheer on the teams during this friendly competition. This program is perfect for students curious about FLL or considering joining a competition team next season. They’ll gain hands-on experience with teamwork, robot building, coding logic, and iterative problem-solving using an authentic FLL challenge mat and mission models.
Recommended for grades 3-7.
