Get ready for a bigger, brighter FLLUXE Arts Festival in 2026! Chalk artists, musicians, high-quality artist vendors will color the streets of downtown Panama City with eye-catching 3-D installations, groovy sounds, and unique handcrafted artwork.

• We’ve added a third day of fun!
• Fine Arts Market—A revival of the beloved Spring Festival of the Arts, featuring high-quality artwork from all over the region.
• Artwork on the walls! The sky is the limit as you explore downtown and see artwork from the ground and up!
Family-friendly and free to the public. This is a rain or shine event. Come down on Friday to see the artists at work creating their installations, then return on Saturday to see the finished product! The art will be available to see as long as the chalk lasts (depending on weather and traffic over the art).
