
In the Teen Space at the library, Where the Wild Things Are plays on the big screen, filling the room with imagination and emotion. Directed by Spike Jonze and based on the beloved book by Maurice Sendak, the film follows Max, a lonely and misunderstood boy who sails away to an island inhabited by large, mysterious creatures called the Wild Things. As Max becomes their king, the story explores themes of friendship, anger, belonging, and growing up.
