Working step-by-step with guided instruction, you'll explore techniques for creating dramatic skies, calming waterfalls, and mountain landscapes while gaining confidence with oil paints and canvas. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or simply looking for a relaxing creative experience, this workshop offers a fun, supportive environment where anyone can succeed. Leave with a finished painting and a newfound appreciation for the versatility and beauty of oil painting.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to:
-prepare a canvas for wet‑on‑wet painting
-build a mountain-scape from background to foreground
-blend soft skies and clouds
-create depth and texture
-paint a serene waterfall
-finish a painting you’ll be proud to take home!

Everything is provided. Just show up and create! Bring your curiosity, a willingness to explore, and a sense of fun. You’ll leave not only with a finished painting, but with new skills and the confidence to keep creating. Be sure to dress appropriately for this class. You will be working with oil paints so there is the potential to get it on your clothes, shoes, etc.
